Sure the sport lags in places like Dallas and Florida, but they still sell out when the team is doing well. 2- the USA has 335 million people. Canada has 35 million. Canada supports a quarter of the NHL with only 1/10th the population of the USA. Where else would you put an NHL team in Canada?
